Debora Dimova is the President of EuropeYou. She took an active part in international projects and training courses in many European countries, where she acquired managerial and organizational skills in the submission and implementation of Erasmus+ projects. She has a long experience in working for other Spanish organizations having as target groups youth with fewer opportunities. She also has an indispensable role in finding new partners. She developed strong managerial skills and deep knowledge in the field of cultural tourism, youth employment and human resource management, important for EuropeYou activities.
