Morning Session
9.30 am – 9.45 am: Welcome to project partners by András Lőrincz. (ККА)
9.45 am – 10.00 am: The introduction of the leader and of each partner organization.
10.00 am – 11.30 am: Checking the project progress and the state of art.
Partners discussed about the state of the project, website and social media statistics, about the activities contained in the GANTT chart and if the project milestones are being respected.
11.30 am – 12.30 pm: Discussion among partners about project social media channels and the realization of workshops to implement until the end of the project.
Partners have agreed to realize at least three workshops for dissemination of project results and outputs, targeting local youth workers and educators. Two workshops have to be realized within end of April 2020, while the final workshop event will be realized in June 2020 for the dissemination of the Digital Guide (IO2) which will be presented in all its languages versions.
12.30 pm to 1.30 pm Lunch Break
Afternoon Session
1.30 pm – 3.30 pm: Discussion about the Digital Guide of best practices (IO1) (Intellectual Output) (Output leader: KKA) and set of the main deadlines. The IO1 will be in English and all partners’ languages. The partners defined the layout, structure, topics and main deadlines.
3.30 pm – 4.45 pm: Open discussion about:
- Project communication and calendar of dissemination strategy,
- Output justification excel timesheet. Debora Dimova presented the output sheet that partners would need to use for the output and to send to EuropeYou within end of June 2020.
- Project monitoring.
- Transfer of the last budget tranche. This will happen when the Spanish National Agency will evaluate positively the final report of the project on the Mobility Tool and send to EuropeYou the last budget tranche of 20%.
- Date of the final online meeting. The final online meeting among all partners will happen on 29th June of 2020.
