RiseUp-WB is structured as a multi-country initiative supporting youth-focused NGOs and municipalities, especially those working with marginalized young people, through practical learning, innovation and stronger cooperation frameworks.

Main action areas of RiseUp-WB
Training of Trainers & Capacity Building
Intensive staff and volunteer training focused on inclusive youth work, volunteer management, digital facilitation and employability-oriented methods, followed by local replication and cascade learning.
Digital & Entrepreneurial Skill Labs
Hands-on learning spaces for underrepresented youth, including digital literacy, entrepreneurial labs, innovation-oriented activities and cross-border practical experiences.
Youth Participation & Policy Dialogue
Structured engagement through youth advisory processes, roundtables, youth voice actions and policy-oriented dialogue to strengthen civic participation and local relevance.
Dissemination, Sustainability & Impact
Communication campaigns, website and visibility actions, local dissemination events and sustainability planning designed to keep the project’s value active beyond implementation.
